Week Number Fourty Four

Week Number 44 ( October 13th -19th)

Tuesday Oct. 15th
Run walk 3 miles with the dogs in the stroller. Took them to the river for a walk Monday through Wednesday but didn't get to run again until Sunday.

Sunday Oct 19th
Run 2 miles.

Don't know why I'm getting so slack? I've got to get that desire again.

What's run/walk? I've been trying to do some speed walking in the mornings, as my knee doesn't approve of the running. I think I like running better than speed walking, sadly, but gotta take care of the knees, right?

Ughhhh. Run/walk is more like running 2 miles of a 3 miler and walking the other mile. Basically just covering 3 miles with intermittent running and walking cycles!
Yes, at my age everything hurts. Knees, feet, hips, ankles, and my bad shoulder hurts when I stop to do push-ups!
They say "no pain...no gain" but at my age it's a lot more pain and a lot less gain!
